Development layout

Hammarsdale Industrial Park will comprise of 4 properties which, when combined, exceed 135Ha. The development will be broken down and developed in three macro phases over the next 5 – 7 years.

PHASE 1

Launching 2020

Phase 1, will comprise of 35 freehold, serviced industrial sites ranging in size from 2800 sqm’s to 14,000 sqms’s. Sites can be consolidated to increase size where necessary.

PHASE 2

Launching 2021

Phase 2, the SDP for this Phase is still subject to change, but the current layout is to provide space for larger manufacturing and distribution companies with platforms ranging from 20,000 sqm’s to 60,000 sqm’s.

Residential Development

This Residential Node provides an opportunity for staff to be accommodated within close proximity of their place of work during weekdays. Monday to Friday boarding aims to alleviate the extra-long hours and travelling long distances many staff would ordinarily have to travel on a daily basis, encouraging better productivity and readiness for work.
